After reading all the 1 star reviews I was skeptical to book with Giant parking, but here is my experience: I made the booking, (the CHEAPEST available parking I found on 7-8 parking websites) the terms clearly state you have to pay for airport entry fee (the 12£ everyone is complaining about, it is clearly written!), they have called me twice on the morning of parking to confirm arrival time and to ensure a shuttle will take me to the airport. Once arrived to the site - there is nothing fancy about it: a gated parking, someone was already waiting for me to take the £12 payment. There is an office that looks old and not great and deteriorated furniture, but I only spent 2-3 minutes and a shuttle was ready. The shuttle - not too fancy, smells a bit of smoke, but it does the trick. On the way to the airport I realised I forgot my passport, so we turned around and the driver was helpful in directing me on my way to sort out my issue. I eventually took another flight, on my return I have called the office and they confirmed the pick-up point and in about 25 min the shuttle was there to pick me up. I found the car safe behind the locked gate, and the driver seemed like a nice guy. Both times, I was the only person in the shuttle. OVERALL: this is not a premium, luxury parking, but for this price it does the trick, especially if traveling by yourself. Be aware of the £12 charge, which in my opinion is fair. Show Less

This is an excellent car park. The location is perfect. Entry and exit with the ticketless system was completely hassle-free, which is a huge plus. The spaces were wide enough, and the whole area was brightly lit and felt very secure. All the signage to the exits was very clear. Great experience with these guys.. my flight was at stupid o’clock going and coming back but no issues on the drop off or pick up.. 20 mins drive from airport but this information is given on booking so be aware you just park car and keep your keys (make sure yo u don’t lose your keys on holiday) on return call the number and you’ll get picked up. There is a charge (£12) for airport fee but it is a great service. Can’t fault it for the price. A* Show Less
