5. Is shuttle service free? And how long does it take to reach the Airport?

Our customers can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service absolutely free of charge. It takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to travel between our facility and the airport depending on the terminal and traffic conditions.

6. How frequently do the shuttles run to the Airport?

Our complimentary shuttle service runs every 15-20 minutes 7 days a week all year long. We service all terminals of Manchester airport.

7. Can we park large vehicles such as vans in the parking?

We welcome vans and larger vehicles for a minimal additional charge. It is your responsibility to inform us in advance if you have more than six large cases in your luggage. This allows us to arrange a suitable shuttle for your airport transfers.

8. Does the shuttle offer drop offs at nearby hotels?

Yes, drop offs by our shuttle service are available depending on the distance and if you have informed us about your hotel at the time of booking.

9. Can disabled customers find parking at the Giant Parking?

Giant Parking has designated parking spots for disabled customers that are located near the shuttle pick up points for their convenience.

10. How far is Giant Parking from the Manchester Airport?

We are only 15 to 20 minutes away from the airport depending on the traffic conditions. Our complimentary shuttle service operates at regular intervals to transport the customers to the airport terminals.
